Hospice House LPNReading, MA | 13 week contracts | Shift: 12 Hour Days (36 hours/week) | Start: ASAP | Full benefits package available.
RequirementsRequires minimum 1 year LPN hospice experience working with a Medicare certified agency or facility. Experienced and comfortable with providing care to terminally ill patients at the end of life, death, and dying. Excellent communication with patients, families, and members of a collaborative interdisciplinary team. Similar experience may be considered.
