Lot Attendant / Porter – Route 128 Honda (Reading, MA)

Full-Time | $21–$23 per hour | Paid Weekly

Route 128 Honda, one of New England’s top-performing Honda dealerships, is looking for a motivated, reliable Lot Attendant/Porter to join our team. This is a key position that ensures our dealership lot is clean, organized, and ready to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and organization of the dealership lot and service areas
• Move vehicles throughout the lot to optimize space and prepare for sales and service appointments
• Wash, vacuum, and perform light detailing on vehicles to meet dealership standards
• Support vehicle deliveries and assist with lot inventory management
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels
• Assist dealership staff with daily operational needs to ensure a smooth workflow

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a professional environment
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Great communication skills and a positive, team‑focused attitude
• Experience in a similar role is helpful but not required — we will train the right person

• Competitive hourly pay: $21.00–$23.00
