We are willing to train the right candidate who has outstanding communication skills, EXPERIENCE PREFERRED a positive attitude, and a strong desire to succeed.

• Respond to incoming sales inquiries by phone, text, email, and chat
• Schedule appointments for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
• Work closely with our sales team to help customers throughout their buying journey
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong work ethic and ability to multitask
• Comfortable working with computers and CRM systems
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Automotive experience is a plus, but we will train motivated individuals
