Job Summary: To install residential heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers, maintaining high quality and timely job performance.

Work Hours: 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, overtime as required.

Pay Scale: $35 - $45 per hour, depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Supervisory experience is preferred
• Certificate of completion from HVAC Technical School preferred
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
• NATE Certified is preferred
