Cooling Unlimited, Inc. is looking for an experienced Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our field team in Reading, MA. As a Service Technician, you'll handle residential HVAC service calls from diagnosis through completion. Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing heating and cooling system issues
• Performing repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting on residential HVAC equipment
• Working on light commercial systems when needed
• Clearly explaining findings, recommendations, and completed work to customers
• Providing professional, courteous service in customers' homes
• Completing service work according to company procedures and quality standards
• Maintaining accurate service documentation
• Helping less-experienced technicians develop their technical skills when appropriate

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Customer-focused communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls responsibly

• NATE certification
• HVAC trade school or technical training
• Previous lead or supervisory experience
• Experience working with both residential and light commercial equipment
