** About the Position
** Höganäs in North America is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to work at our Hollsopple, PA plant with the possibility of a hybrid schedule.  This position coordinates all aspects of the accounts payable function and the recording and reconciling of general ledger transactions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Registers, processes, and verifies invoices with corresponding purchase orders to facilitate invoicing approvals.
* Verifies and processes expense reports.
* Performs end of month closings.
* Collects and maintains W-9s for all vendors.
* Completes and files 1099’s, 1042’s, and other various required documents.
* Responsible for issuing all vendor payments according to company terms.
* Performs account reconciliations.
* Actively exhibits leadership capabilities in all aspects of their work.
* Maintains a safe working environment for themselves and others.
* Displays conscious awareness of what is required to ensure a sustainable Höganäs.

Qualified candidates will possess an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and two years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.  Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accounting software and accounting practices and invoice processing is required.  Excellent organizational and communication skills.##
