The Office Administrator supports general office coordination, incoming communications, document handling, and administrative workflows, while maintaining a professional, well-organized workplace. This role works closely with team members across the organization and may also provide light support to marketing or finance functions depending on business needs and seasonality.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling a variety of administrative responsibilities in a collaborative office environment.
Requirements- 2+ years of administrative or similar experience.
- Professional phone presence and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Marketing or project management support experience.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Basic bookkeeping exposure.
- Strong Excel skills.
