Ability to accurately and efficiently enter required information into the Magisterial District Judge Computer System (MDJS) from the time of the case filing to the case completion; process required case papers in accordance with court rules and the Magisterial District Judge System Manual; post payments through the computer; issue receipts; prepare and balance daily deposits; communicate with the public; efficiently perform duties required by daily, weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner;
perform miscellaneous office functions and adhere to all procedures and standards of conduct.

Employees who can show proof of general professional proficiency through a certification in Spanish will be utilized when needed and will receive a salary increase of 5%.
Physical DemandsEmployee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear. Occasional use of hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands or arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.
