Responsibilities

Greets visitors and directs them to the proper area. May supervise or assist with residents visiting office areas.

Provides a variety of administrative support functions for the daily operation of the hospital.

Performs administrative support to the respective administrator/director.

Maintains necessary records for operation of the unit/center regarding residents, agencies, staff, etc.

Coordinates residents and staff travel and maintains office supply inventory.

Answers phones, responds to inquiries, and forwards messages to appropriate individuals in a timely fashion.

Enters, evaluates, and/or audits data.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required. One year of specialized training preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office applications, and experience with data collection/analyzing platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to established guidelines.
  • Valid driver’s license must be maintained.
