Position

We're seeking a talented and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team in Yardley, PA. This is a dynamic position for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. You'll serve as a critical partner to leadership, ensuring seamless operations while contributing your creative and technical skills to various projects. You Will
  • Manage complex calendars with precision, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts while prioritizing commitments effectively
  • Oversee email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate routing of high‑priority communications
  • Coordinate office logistics including supplies management, vendor relationships, facility maintenance, and creating an efficient workspace environment
  • Edit and produce simple videos for internal communications, social media, or presentations using basic editing software

    Create polished presentations that effectively communicate key messages and data
  • Manage community engagement initiatives, fostering connections both internally and with external stakeholders
  • Leverage Notion for project management, documentation, and team collaboration
  • Facilitate seamless virtual meetings through Zoom, including scheduling, technical support, and follow‑up
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership
  • Demonstrated proficiency with calendar and email management in a professional setting
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic video editing capabilities and comfort learning new creative tools
  • Proficiency with presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides)
  • Self‑starter mentality with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
  • Must be available to work on‑site in Yardley, PA five days per week
Preferred
  • Experience with Notion for project management and knowledge management
  • Expertise with Zoom platform including webinar hosting
  • Experience with community management or engagement initiatives
  • Background in a fast‑paced startup or entrepreneurial environment
Location

Ingage’s headquarters is in Yardley, PA in the greater Philadelphia metro. Work expectation is in‑office 5 days a week.

Compensation
