Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrative Assistant to support our AP Team Lead. This is a full-time, in-office position.
Responsibilities- Code and batch invoices for processing
- Perform accurate data entry into the AP system
- Prepare and mail checks and remittance documents
- Assist with AP reports and payment schedules
- File and maintain AP records
- Respond to vendor inquiries
- General administrative duties as needed
- 3+ year of accounts payable or administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience with AP or property management software a plus
