. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining critical data within our systems. The ideal candidate is a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data integrity, which is paramount in the healthcare sector.
This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $18 - $24 USD per hour

- Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data from various sources into our company databases.
- Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies, ensuring complete accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Update and maintain existing database information, performing regular data quality checks.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry, identifying and interpreting data to be entered.
- Assist with data clean‑up projects and contribute to the improvement of data management processes.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve any data‑related issues.
- Proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or similar role.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel and MS Word.
- Familiarity with data management software and databases.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualification is required.
