Partner Engineering and Science is seeking a full‑time technical Business Service Coordinator in our Malvern, PA office to assist with our Power service Project Managers and Technical Directors on all project‑related duties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience working in an office environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS- Perform data entry following prescribed or established formats
- Assist in the development of documents for proposals and reports
- Compose and/or draft correspondences and reports
- Responsible for outgoing and incoming mail and faxes
- Track projects, proposals and any other related items
- Order office supplies
- Other duties as assigned
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat & Reader
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical skills
- Self‑directed, organized, and able to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to adjust work schedule to meet deadlines
- 3+ years of relevant office experience.
- Experience working in an engineering, construction or environmental field is a plus
- Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
- Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone
- Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen
- Requires frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing, and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift.
Salary range: $23/hr to $26/hr this is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role
The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to individual and organizational performance.
