Lubrication Technician
The Lubrication Technician conducts oil and filter changes on automobiles.
- Conduct Oil and Filter Change
- Rotate Tires.
- Replace Wiper Blades.
- Replace oil and air filters.
- Replace Batteries
Aggressively and cheerfully perform or ensure performance of any and all activities necessary to improve and maintain the highest possible Dealership Customer Satisfaction level.
Inspect all vehicles using the Express Lane Vehicle Check to perform an Exterior, under hood and Under Vehicle Check up.
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Ability to assist in snow removal on sales lot and vehicle
Ability to lift 20 lbs
Must have a tolerance to normal shop noise (tools, equipment, cars,)
High school education or equivalent
Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Manual dexterity.
Good judgment.
Must be willing to work on a Saturday
Must wear company supplied uniform
Must serve on the safety committee when elected
