Business Analyst - Onsite

Insight Global's client in Reading, PA is looking for a Business Analyst to join their growing team. This person will be working on a brand new team that is focused on customer data initiatives. The BA should have great communication and experience communicating with all areas of a product team and have a working understanding of all parts of the product life cycle.

They will help facilitate communication with the end u and stakeholders and define and business processes that they have in place. The BA daily will collect information, analyze business processes, product mapping, and gap analysis.

Experience working on 3-4 projects as a Business Analyst
Understanding of the full product life cycle
Experience working cross functionally
Jira experience
Strong documentation skills
Proven ability to make sense of ambiguous requests and turn them into clear, actionable direction

**** Willing to go onsite in Reading, PA 4x a week
