Job Description:
Join our team as a Workforce Financial Analyst where you will use your analytical expertise to drive strategic business decisions. In this role, you will build financial models, analyze workforce trends, and provide data-driven insights that directly impact our organization's success.
- What You'll Do*
- Develop sophisticated cost models and economic scenarios to inform business strategy
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Create compelling visualizations and reports for senior leadership
- Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges
- Conduct scenario planning and financial forecasting for workforce initiatives
- Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Analyze workforce-related processes across interconnected HR, payroll, and operational systems to identify inefficiencies and design optimization strategies
* What We're Looking For*
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and statistical analysis
- Experience with cost modeling, financial analysis, or workforce analytics
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field
- Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
