Salesforce Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance Salesforce reporting and dashboards for Business Development.
• Analyze pipeline and awarded contracts by development phase, therapeutic area, region, customer, and BD representative.
• Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, deal size, and forecast accuracy.
• Own and deliver monthly executive reporting decks, highlighting key trends and insights.
• Translate data into clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations for leadership.
• Track and present KPIs including win rates, pipeline coverage, average deal size, and new customer growth.
• Lead monthly business review meetings with segment leaders and present to senior management.
• Partner with BD leadership to drive performance, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, sales operations, or other analytical roles.
• Advanced Salesforce reporting; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (Power
  
  BI/Tableau a plus).
• Proven ability to present to senior leadership and communicate complex data clearly.

• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of pipeline management.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all analyses and deliverables.
• Executive presence with confidence leading senior‑level discussions.
• Experience in high‑growth or private‑equity‑backed environments is a plus.
