Membership and Sponsorship ManagerAs a Membership and Sponsorship Manager, you will be a vital force in strengthening relationships with members, sponsors, and partners. In this dynamic role, you'll lead outreach, renewal efforts, and sponsorship initiatives that enhance value. - Proven experience building strong relationships with members, sponsors, and partners
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution
- Deep understanding of Agile principles and community engagement
- Experience in driving membership growth, retention, and sponsorship value
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in data tracking, reporting, and using insights for improvements
- Comfortable managing CRM systems, preferably including association management tools like Rhythm
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Member‑service mindset with professionalism and sound judgment
- Experience working in or with professional organizations or associations
- Prior experience in virtual programming or event support
- Knowledge of data privacy compliance and best practices
- Familiarity with partnership marketing strategies
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in community engagement, membership management, or sponsorship roles
- Experience working with Agile principles or in tech communities is highly desirable
