About the Role

As a Business Development Manager at Envalior, you will possess strong knowledge of Polymers such as HPPA (High Heat Polyamide) and a proven track record of achieving ambitious business development targets that result in market growth. You will actively work with cross‑functional disciplines and cross‑regional colleagues and customers to expand our reach in the territory, embracing a pioneering spirit to explore new methods, materials, and technologies.

Will Make Key Contributions To Envalior
  • Support the implementation of the North American HPPA strategy by developing markets, securing new project acquisitions, and driving commercialization.
  • Evaluate competitor products in technical and commercial aspects, and develop a differentiation strategy.
  • Develop technical and commercial contact with key customers in the assigned markets, including prospective North American customers.
  • Collaborate with the Business Line and Business Excellence teams to identify regional market intelligence (customers, trends, value chains, pricing, applications, etc.).
  • Support the development of new business through the generation of technical value proposals and multiplication tools, application, and design knowledge.
  • Translate customer and application requirements into product specifications, recommending existing products or drawing up specifications with global Product Development Specialists and Technical Product Managers.
Requirements
  • Experience with selling High Heat Polymers is required.
  • New business development experience is required; proven track record of achieving ambitious business development targets resulting in market growth.
  • 8–10 years of commercial and technical experience with high‑heat polymers.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
  • Willingly travel at least 50 % of the time.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English with proficiency.
