About the Role
QVC Group, Inc. is a Fortune 500 company with several leading retail brands. The product manager supports product strategy and execution within the Merchandising Domain by aligning market research, customer and internal user needs, business goals, and industry trends.
This role is remote, available to candidates residing in PA, NJ, or DE. On‑site work may be required at the West Chester, PA location as needed.
Responsibilities- Lead product discovery and strategy by applying market research, customer insights, business goals, and industry trends.
- Gather, define, and document requirements in partnership with stakeholders, SMEs, Legal, IT, and Product Management.
- Translate needs into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage the product backlog, turning roadmap priorities into refined, estimated, and value‑driven work.
- Use AI tools to accelerate product management work, including roadmap development, requirements decomposition, backlog optimization, and production analysis.
- Oversee backlog execution, monitor product delivery outcomes, and identify opportunities to improve product performance and system design.
- Contribute to product vision and stakeholder alignment by communicating strategy and balancing priorities across teams, functions, and markets.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of product management experience in a retail environment.
- Expertise in merchandising technology products, platforms, and processes, including experience with Stibo PIM or similar enterprise‑level PIM systems.
- Knowledge of product strategy, merchandising processes, regulations, and cross‑functional dependencies.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Atlassian Rovo.
- Ability to manage projects, advise on current and emerging technologies, and navigate stakeholder priorities.
- Knowledge of relevant compliance requirements such as SOX and PCI and ability to advocate for compliance across the organization.
