Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our award-winning Business Development team.

You'll work with our Litigation Practice Business Development team, primarily supporting the International Trade, State Attorneys General, and White Collar practice  this role, you'll coordinate and execute strategic business development plans, projects, and initiatives across multiple offices. Working closely with lawyers and colleagues throughout the firm, you'll help drive projects from planning through execution while ensuring initiatives remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with department priorities.

We're looking for someone with exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires sound judgment, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a collaborative approach to supporting multiple stakeholders. * What you’ll do:

*** Effectively prioritize and manage multiple business and client development projects, demonstrating flexibility as priorities evolve.
* Drive projects from development through completion while ensuring deliverables remain on schedule and within scope.
* Draft and edit correspondence, PowerPoint presentations, visual resources, and other client-facing materials, collaborating with colleagues across departments to format, proofread, print, and compile deliverables to firm standards.
* Draft and coordinate pitches, RFP responses, presentations, and responses to ad hoc requests under the direction of managers and department leadership.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work product while managing multiple deadlines.
* Work with the Marketing and Events teams to develop event content, identify business generation opportunities, and coordinate post-event follow-up.
* Manage, monitor, and track business development initiatives to support department goals and strategic priorities.
* Leverage firm tools to manage data, conduct research using internal and external resources, and create tracking tools, reports, and databases that support business development activities.
* Assist with budget development, maintenance, and tracking.
