Advanced Code Consultants is seeking a motivated and experienced PA Certified Commercial Building Inspector to join our growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a respected company providing code enforcement and inspection services throughout Northeast Pennsylvania.

• Current Pennsylvania UCC Commercial Building Inspector Certification (multiple certifications preferred)
• Knowledge of the 2021 International Codes as adopted by the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code (UCC)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret and apply complex building codes and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and exceptional customer service

• Competitive salary ranging from $70,000–$105,000, based on certifications and experience
