Why This Role MattersAs the Service Operations Coordinator, you are the operational hub of our service organization, ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience while supporting technicians with the resources they need.
What You’ll Do- Coordinate service order entry, invoicing and customer communications.
- Support scheduling, recurring maintenance contracts and purchase order accuracy.
- Coordinate fleet vehicles, uniforms and technician resources.
- Partner with supervisors and manufacturers to coordinate technical training.
- Identify opportunities to improve service processes.
Highly organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
QualificationsHigh school diploma required; 5+ years in customer service, service coordination or administrative operations. ERP/service software experience preferred.
