Sales Support And Operations Specialist - Reading, Pa
Salary Range $25.00 - $26.44 Hourly Position Type Full Time Job Shift 7:30
-4:30 or 8:00-5:00 Education Level Bachelor Travel Percentage None Category Entry Level
- 3+ years in sales operations, order management, billing, contract administration, customer operations, or business operations
- Experience supporting technology sales, managed it, office equipment, saas, telecommunications, or similar industries
- Erp experience (e-automate, netsuite, sap, microsoft dynamics, oracle, acumatica, or similar)
- Experience with crm platforms such as salesforce, hubspot, connectwise, or microsoft dynamics crm
- Experience working with leasing companies, financing, contracts, or equipment funding preferred
- Advanced microsoft excel skills including formulas, data validation, and reporting
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
