Strategic Customer Development Specialist - Reading/Lehigh Valley, PA
Salary Range $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 Salary/year Position Type Full Time Job Shift 7:30
-4:30 or 8:00-5:00 Education Level Bachelor Travel Percentage Up to 25% Category Sales
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Development, Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, Strategic Account Support, Revenue Operations, or Business Analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, Power Query, and working with large datasets.
- Experience creating dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate business insights to leadership and sales teams.
- Experience supporting enterprise customers, strategic accounts, customer success teams, or commercial sales organizations.
- Ability to analyze customer data and translate findings into practical business recommendations.
