Responsibilities

  • Own menopause portfolio strategy (franchise and brand-level) using customer insight, performance targets, and market realities.
  • Serve as brand steward: connect cross-functional teams, clarify decisions, and remove roadblocks.
  • Enable a first-in-industry partnership model by aligning internal/external stakeholders.
  • Lead externalized content development end-to-end, including MLR, ensuring HCP/patient materials are strategic, compliant, and delivered on time.
  • Manage day-to-day engagement with 3rd-party partner (Indegene) across menopause brands.
  • Drive portfolio prioritization across initiatives and investment; make trade-offs to maximize impact.
  • Set and deliver commercial strategy, aligning brand plans to PAVE priorities and enterprise goals; convert strategy into measurable execution.
  • Build and align stakeholder network (medical, access, legal/regulatory, agency/partners, etc.) to achieve brand goals.
  • Share learnings and drive simplification/efficiencies within the broader PAVE community.
  • Act as a visible, trusted leader with strong judgment and storytelling.
Qualifications (Minimum)
  • BA/BS + 8 yrs, MBA/MS + 7 yrs, PhD/JD + 5 yrs, or MD/DVM + 4 yrs.
  • Brand management experience.
  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical commercial strategy development.
  • Strong analytical skills; interpret complex data.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams; excellent project management.
  • Market analysis and forecasting proficiency.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder engagement/relationship management expertise.
  • Proficiency using GCMA for promotional materials review/approval.
  • Openness to using AI tools.

  • Adaptability, strategic/proactive problem-solving, communication/presentation skills.
  • Patient-centric approach; collaboration/influence/negotiation.
  • High emotional intelligence; resilience.

Travel: 10%.
