Civil Take-Off Technician / Estimating Assistant

This is more than a desk job — it's an opportunity to be in the field, collaborate with industry professionals, attend pre-bid meetings, conduct site visits, and play a direct role in winning projects that shape our communities.

What You'll Do:

• Complete quantity take-offs using Insite Elevation Software
• Support estimating operations for civil and highway projects
• Conduct site visits and document existing conditions
• Attend pre-bid meetings and bid openings
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and clients
• Assist with scope development and project coordination

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail
• Construction, estimating, or field experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset

Education, Skills and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• GED or High School Diploma.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for a prolonged period.
• Willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to fingers, handle, or feel.
• May be required to move up to 50-75 pounds.
