Transmission & Distribution Superintendent

Immediate need for a talented Transmission & Distribution Superintendent. This is a 12+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Reading, PA (Onsite).

Pay Range: $62 - $68/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising subcontractors, managing schedules, safety, materials, quality, and project staffing, while coordinating with clients, engineers, and project teams.
• The role supports construction activities related to high-voltage transmission lines, substations, structures, grounding, foundations, controls, and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and company standards.

Key Requirements and Technology

Experience:

• Must have skills:
  Min 7 years of experience with High-Voltage Transmission & Distribution AND or Substation Construction Projects.
• Experience as an Field Construction Specialist / Electrical Superintendent / T&D Superintendent / Substation Superintendent / Electrical Foreman / Electrical Construction Supervisor / Transmission Line Instructor and or Similar role titles.
• Experience with overseeing Field Operations, leadership, managing safety, quality schedule, documentation, subcontract, cost and reporting.
• Bachelor Degree and 7 years construction management experience or craft supervision experience on T&D projects.
• Required OR Associate Degree and 9 years construction management experience or craft supervision experience on T&D projects.
• Required OR High School Diploma/GED and 11 years construction management experience or craft supervision experience on T&D projects.
• Must have excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills, and a strong safety background.
• Ability to travel on Per Diem for the project assignment in Greensburg PA, York PA and Reading PA or anywhere in United States.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Must be able to meet company's driving requirements.
