We are a wedding production company looking for a skilled Drone Operator + Videographer to join our team for wedding shoots.

The role is a Contract/Freelance position based in Pennsylvania. Pay ranges from $60–$80 per hour, with on‑road work across the state.

• Capture high‑quality wedding footage including ceremony, couple sessions, reception, details, and candid moments.
• Operate a drone safely and professionally for cinematic aerial shots.
• Collaborate with the lead shooter and production team to follow the wedding timeline and shot list.
• Ensure stable, well‑composed footage using cameras, gimbals, and drone equipment.
• Apply knowledge of lighting, framing, movement, and storytelling to create engaging wedding films.
• Cover all key moments—entrances, vows, ring exchange, first kiss, first dance, speeches, and reception events.
• Handle footage carefully and organize media after each shoot.

• Preferred experience in wedding videography.
• Experience operating drones for professional shoots.
• Strong understanding of camera settings, exposure, focus, composition, and movement.
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to work well with couples, guests, and the team.
• Ability to work long wedding days, including weekends.
• Must own camera and drone equipment.
• FAA Part
  107 license preferred, if required in your area.
