First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union is seeking a Part Time Member Experience Associate to work 25-29 hours a week. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, assisting members with their transactional needs, and fostering a collaborative team spirit. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of customer service experience and a passion for helping members achieve financial wellness. A premium of $1 per hour is provided in addition to the hourly rate offered in this position.
