Responsibilities:
* Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:30pm
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels
* Assist customers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service-related questions
* Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up on service requests
* Coordinate with service technicians and other team members to meet customer needs
* Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards satisfactory resolutions
* Collaborate with the sales team to promote new services and products to customers

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in customer service or related field
* Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
* Proficiency in computer systems and software for record-keeping and data management
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of HVAC or plumbing systems (preferred but not required)
* High school diploma or equivalent
