Precision, a leader in the luxury watch industry, is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Service Coordinator to manage the flow of repairs and service. We are hiring for our state-of-the-art retail and watch service center in Lower Gwynedd, PA. Key Responsibilities- Fully manage all incoming and outgoing repairs, from intake through completion.
- Contact manufacturers to place parts and service orders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related questions from both clients and sales staff.
- Provide accurate estimates and realistic time frames for service.
- Work closely with the service team to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication and documentation throughout the repair process.
- Several years of experience as a service coordinator or manager, within watch repair or a related field.
- Comfortable working with a wide range of watches, from low-end quartz movements to luxury automatic timepieces from brands such as Rolex, Tudor, Omega, Cartier, and more.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients.
- Able to work quickly and flexibly, adapting to changing deadlines and time constraints.
- Highly organized with strong time-management ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a service coordinator, service manager, or comparable role.
- Hands-on familiarity with luxury and fine watch brands preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple repairs, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
