Customer Success Specialist

Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join a growing team! If you enjoy working with customers, processing orders, and keeping things organized, this could be a great opportunity to join a growing team!

Responsibilities:

+ Enter customer orders accurately into the system.

+ Review orders for pricing, quantities, and accuracy.

+ Track orders and provide updates to customers.

+ Resolve order issues and communicate with internal teams.

+ Maintain accurate records while supporting day-to-day customer needs.

Requirements - Experience in customer service, customer success, or call center support roles.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review orders for accuracy and completeness.

- Comfortable managing email correspondence and handling customer communication professionally.

- Ability to navigate multiple browser windows and systems efficiently during daily work.

- Problem-solving skills with the ability to address order concerns and connectivity-related issues.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment. Talent Match®
