Key Responsibilities
Your Role as a Customer Service RepresentativeAs the voice of First Energy Met-Ed, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. After completing our paid training, you will:
- Deliver Outstanding Service:
Answer inbound calls and provide solutions to service-related questions. - Resolve Billing Questions:
Assist with payment options, billing concerns, and account maintenance. - Assist During Emergencies:
Process outage and emergency calls with professionalism and care. - Build Customer Trust:
Document account notes and use your independent judgment to resolve concerns calmly and courteously.
Requirements
Education and Experience – First Energy Met-Ed Customer Service Representative What We're Looking For- Education:
High school diploma or GED. - Experience:
Previous customer service experience is a must. - Skills:
Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a professional demeanor.
