Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to support our growing dental practices in Haverford, Media, and Wyncote, PA
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental office operations, including treatment presentation, scheduling, patient communication, insurance verification, benefits coordination, and case acceptance. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, patient-focused, and comfortable helping drive efficiency and consistency across multiple office locations.
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with patients
- Coordinate scheduling to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction
- Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding coverage
- Follow up on pending treatment and unscheduled treatment plans
- Support front office operations and patient communication
- Collaborate with office leadership to help maintain efficient workflows
- Educate, consult, and present patient treatment plans in clear and supportive manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Verify and process insurance for clinical appointments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and information using dental software
- Collect and process payments for services rendered
- Manage doctors and hygiene schedules as needed
- Support marketing and promotional efforts to drive patient engagement and growth
- Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or experienced Patient Service Representative in a dental practice
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with dental practice management software preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of front office experience in a dental setting and dental software (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with various dental insurance plans, coupled with strong communication skills
Compensation: $22–$25 per hour, based on experience.
