Our client is seeking an Architectural Marketing Specialist - CAD Specialist
Rate: 25/hr on W2
Position is Hybrid, 3 days in the office (one required to be Wed)
Working hours: 8-5 (with unpaid lunch) – can be a little flexible with the schedule

We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Marketing Specialist to support the creation and quality assurance of architectural marketing assets. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality floor plans and interactive marketing tools used by customers and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage production of architectural marketing assets, including:
- Community-specific floor plans
- Master floor plans
- Printed brochure inserts
- Interactive “Design Your Own Home” floor plans
- Virtual rendered tours
- Review, proof, and validate floor plans and related deliverables to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Package project files and requirements for third-party vendors and monitor progress to meet deadlines
- Perform quality assurance checks on completed assets, ensuring all updates and functionality meet expectations before approval and release
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external vendors, leveraging architectural and AutoCAD knowledge
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Purchasing and Architecture to ensure alignment across plans, options, and marketing materials
- Maintain and track project workflows using internal systems, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to documentation standards
- Experience with production workflows
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to read architectural plans
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the residential building or construction industry
- Experience with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and efficient
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency
- Strong follow-up and accountability skills
- Collaborative team player with cross-functional communication abilities
- Background in graphic design or visual production is a plus
