Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a financially strong, physician-led healthcare system in North Central Pennsylvania in recruiting a Gastroenterologist. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established GI program with a large referral base, advanced endoscopy capabilities, and a highly competitive compensation package.
Opportunity Highlights
- General Gastroenterology position
- Outpatient ONLY
- Procedures performed at the hospital and an ambulatory surgery center located directly across the street
- Full range of endoscopic services including:
- Upper endoscopy
- Colonoscopy
- Capsule endoscopy
- Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)
- Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)
- Spy Glass cholangioscopy
- Experienced Advanced Practice Provider support with outreach responsibilities
- Large primary care and specialty referral network
- Outpatient EMR: GE Centricity
- Inpatient EMR:
Cerner - Health system includes 9 hospitals serving 29 counties throughout Pennsylvania
- $600,000 guaranteed base salary
- Uncapped productivity incentives
- $75,000 sign-on bonus
- $15,000 relocation assistance
- Up to $100,000 in educational loan repayment
- Fellowship stipend available
- Comprehensive benefits package
- 25 days of paid time off
- 40 hours of CME plus a $3,000 annual CME allowance
