Starting wage of $20.60/hr for the  school year. 7.5 work hours per day.

The EA III will support the Autism program, ensuring educational strategies, support services, and student development align with student needs and learning styles. The role involves working closely with classroom teachers and other district employees to provide instructional support, manage classroom/building activities, and assist with program implementation. The EA facilitates a supportive learning environment for students in autistic or emotional support classrooms.

The successful candidate must have a high school diploma. An associate's degree or higher is preferred, or the ability to pass a highly-qualified assessment. The applicant must have personal knowledge and work experience with school-aged children and children with cognitive, physical, and behavioral disabilities. Training will be provided. Fluency in English is required; multilingual abilities are a plus. Physical requirements include standing and sitting for long periods, bending, stretching, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with corrected hearing and vision within normal ranges.

• TB Test/Mantoux (less than 3 months old)
• Physical exam if applicable (less than 1 year old)
