Program Manager
Right At School provides local school districts with before and after school extended day programs focused on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students. Program Manager Pay Rate: $20.00–$24.00 (based on education and experience)
Program
Hours:
Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 8:45 AM and 3:20 PM – 6:00 PM
- Ensuring safety and joy by modeling quality standards and maintaining operational efficiency, keeping site documents and licensing standards up to date, outlining attendance protocols, behavior policies, and safety procedures, and fostering respectful relationships among staff to address challenges promptly.
- Engaging meaningfully with families, client partners, peers, and children to support effective communication and relationship building, responding promptly to emails, text messages, and inquiries during program hours, and collaborating regularly with the Area Manager to support program goals and implement changes or processes.
- Consistently supporting and reporting on safety protocols to ensure the well‑being of all participants.
- Maintaining accurate records for student check‑ins and check‑outs and ensuring “name to face” attendance procedures are completed per company policy.
- Implementing daily activities, fitness fun, and curriculum while providing a safe and engaging environment.
- Experience working amongst competing priorities and delivering quality service to all stakeholders.
- High school diploma or GED completed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs.
- Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
- Communication skills—oral, written, and visual—with adults and children.
- Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community.
- Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.
- Ability to meet state‑specific requirements.
- First Aid and CPR in person.
- Cleared tuberculosis test.
- BA or BS in early childhood, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field plus 1 year of experience.
- BA or BS degree including 30 hrs in early childhood, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field plus 2 years experience.
- AD in early childhood, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field plus 3 years of experience.
- AD including 30 hrs in early childhood, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field plus 4 years experience.
