GRAMS- Group Supervisor

Real Chemistry seeks a Group Copy Supervisor to lead creative copy for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients. The role requires strategic thinking, idea generation, and execution across digital media, working closely with art, design, and strategy teams.

• Write headlines and body copy for websites, interactive visual aids, videos, banners, landing pages, and emails for branded and unbranded HCP clients.
• Translate scientific information into compelling and memorable messages for HCP campaigns.
• Champion creative thinking for campaigns that advance brand personality.
• Prepare materials for client copy approval submissions, ensuring reference and annotation according to AMA style independently.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, and Developers from initiation to digital deployment, partnering with Account and Strategy teams.
• Lead multiple projects across brands and industries independently.
• Present work clearly and expertly to clients and internal teams.

• 7+ years of healthcare or pharmaceutical writing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• College degree in a related field (preferred).
• Experience writing for the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.
• Portfolio or PDF of relevant work samples.

Pay Range: $145,000–$160,000
