Program Manager

Right At School provides local school districts with before and after school extended day programs focused on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students.

$20.00 - $24.00 (based on education and experience)

Monday-Friday; 7:00 AM - 8:45 AM and 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM

• Ensuring safety and joy standards are met by supporting staff with clear roles, maintaining site documents and licensing standards, outlining attendance protocols, behavior policies, and safety procedures, and providing continual coaching.
• Engaging meaningfully with families, client partners, peers, and children to build transparent relationships, promptly responding to emails, texts, and inquiries during program hours, and collaborating with the Area Manager to implement program goals.
• Consistently supporting and reporting on safety protocols to ensure the well‑being of all participants.
• Maintaining accurate records for student check‑ins and check‑outs and ensuring “name to face” attendance procedures are completed per company policy.
• Implementing daily activities, fitness fun, and curriculum while providing a safe and engaging environment.

• Experience managing competing priorities and delivering quality service to stakeholders.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Experience working with children and understanding special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
• Strong oral, written, and visual communication skills with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards when interacting with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology or willingness to learn.

• Ability to meet state‑specific requirements.
• First Aid and CPR in‑person certification.
• Tuberculosis test cleared.
• BA or BS in early childhood, child development, special education, elementary education, or human services with 1 year of experience.
• OR BA or BS degree including 30 hrs in early childhood, child development, special education, elementary education, or human services with 2 years experience.
• OR AD in early childhood, child development, special education, elementary education, or human services with 3 years experience.
• OR AD including 30 hrs in early childhood, child development, special education, elementary education, or human services with 4 years experience.
