Responsibilities

• Provide curriculum leadership for the early childhood education and care team focussed on current research and educational theory with a commitment to ongoing professional learning.
• Responsible for providing educational leadership that facilitates the access and participation of children and ensures the effective engagement of parents in the planning, delivery and evaluation of the Children's Centre programs.
• Responsible for working collaboratively with a range of other agencies to plan and implement a range of multidisciplinary programs and services to benefit children, their families and the wider community.
• Responsible for achieving the specific goals identified in the Quality Improvement Plan and Outcomes Framework for Children's Centres for Early Childhood Development and Parenting. The goals and intentions are realised through leadership and management of innovation and change within a multi-disciplinary team.
