The Communications Coordinator plays an integral role in the Undergraduate Division''s communications efforts by updating and maintaining websites; drafting, formatting, and proofreading communications and marketing materials; coordinating content production; and ensuring consistent, brand-aligned messaging across platforms. Reporting to the Associate Director of Communications, the role supports students'' academic exploration and co-curricular engagement, while upholding Wharton and University standards.

Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist with monitoring, maintaining, and updating the Division websites, ensuring that all information is current and relevant
  • Assist with drafting, formatting, and proofreading Division communications and marketing materials (e.g., newsletters, event announcements, Life at Wharton LCDs)
  • Support Division''s frontline communication needs, including moderating class listservs and Life at Wharton monitors, and responding to communications-related inquiries
  • Assist with developing, documenting, and disseminating communication policies, procedures, and best-practice guidelines for staff and student organizations
  • Coordinate content (print, digital, audio/visual) development with the associate director and program staff
