Adjunct of Fashion
The Adjunct of Fashion plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education in fashion design, history, and industry practices to students at the collegiate level. This position is responsible for developing and teaching engaging course content that bridges theoretical knowledge with practical application, preparing students for successful careers in the fashion industry.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated professional experience in the fashion industry or fashion education.
- Proven ability to teach and communicate complex fashion concepts effectively to diverse student populations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple courses or sections concurrently.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Fashion or related discipline.
- Experience with digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CAD software, or fashion-specific technologies.
- Previous teaching experience at the college or university level.
- A portfolio showcasing professional or academic work in fashion design or related areas.
- Familiarity with sustainable fashion practices and industry innovations.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver course lectures, workshops, and seminars in various fashion subjects including design principles, textile science, fashion history, and industry trends.
- Develop comprehensive syllabi, assignments, and assessments that align with program objectives and learning outcomes.
- Provide individualized guidance and mentorship to students, supporting their creative development and career aspirations.
- Evaluate student performance through grading and constructive feedback, maintaining academic standards and integrity.
- Collaborate with faculty and department staff to continuously improve curriculum and participate in departmental meetings and events.
