Olivet Boys & Girls Club of Reading is a non-profit dedicated to offering programs that enable youth to reach their full potential as healthy, productive, caring, and responsible citizens. Their three core areas promote academic success, healthy lifestyles, and good character & citizenship.

Olivet Boys & Girls Club is seeking an Assistant Site Director to assist with the day-to-day operations and programs of one of their club sites.

• Assist in the planning, organizing, and encouragement of participation in the overall program and services within Olivet Boys & Girls Club
• Oversee the club program in the absence of Site Director
• Support club staff in facilitation and implementation of programming related to academic excellence, healthy lifestyles, and good character/citizenship
• Track program attendance and maintain reports as needed
• Participate in and assist with trainings
• Assist the Director and maintenance staff in building cleaning/sanitizing and minor maintenance projects as needed
• Cultivate and maintain a welcoming inclusive, nurturing, educational, and safe club experience for participating youth

• Minimum 1 year working with youth
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
• Afternoon and evening availability during the school year
• Morning and afternoon availability during the summer
• Spanish bi-lingual skills preferred
