Electrical Superintendent – Field Leadership

Priority Areas: Southern VA, Central PA

Schedule: Mostly 5/10s to 12-hour shifts, depending on project

We’re looking for an Electrical Superintendent who can lead from the field, keep crews productive, and drive electrical work safely from startup through closeout.

This is a good fit for someone who is steady, respected by the crew, organized enough to track the details, and hands‑on enough to solve issues before they slow the job down.

• Solar, industrial, commercial, utility, and construction projects
• Solar projects typically under 10MW, with some up to 22MW
• ATI or fixed‑tilt systems
• Utility installs, controls, and conduit‑heavy work
• Manufacturing, power, aggregate, production plant, solar, and wind environments

• Lead crews, subcontractors, temp labor, and internal field teams
• Track production, manpower, materials, schedule, and job progress
• Build daily work plans and support 3‑week look‑aheads
• Coordinate with PMs, leadership, customers, and field teams
• Handle daily reports, T&M tickets, production reports, and job paperwork
• Plan manpower, equipment, tools, and material needs
• Support troubleshooting, startup, closeout, safety, and quality
• Mentor field personnel and keep the jobsite moving the right way

• Electrical Superintendent or strong General Foreman background
• Industrial, commercial, solar, or utility electrical construction experience
• Strong field leadership, communication, and organization
• Ability to read drawings and solve jobsite issues
• Safety‑first mindset with strong production follow‑through
