Field Service Technician - Reading, PA

Hubbel -  - Responsibilities:
Support customers via phone and email, understand their requirements and help resolve issues;
Perform all final tests required to ensure that equipment operates as stipulated in engineering specifications and makes any adjustments necessary;
Prepares a written report of all work performed together with test results and generates test reports;
Perform final tests on new systems and existing equipment onsite and generate corresponding test and calibration documentation that will be sent to customers;
Generate and grow service sales by promoting our product service offerings including but not limited to Hipo Direct, Preventative maintenance, upgrades, calibration and repairs
