Were seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join our innovative engineering team dedicated to designing and manufacturing remote operated heavy equipment for the metals and mining industry.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge machinery in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• 0-5 years of relevant Engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Engineering design software (AutoCAD, Solid Works, Draft Sight).

• Design, develop, and maintain detailed electrical schematics and 3D models for both new and existing equipment using CAD tools.
• Diagnose and resolve low- and high-voltage electrical issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, service, and sourcing teams to provide Engineering support across departments.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of relevant industry standards, technologies, and best practices related to mobile, remote operated heavy equipment. Implement new technologies where applicable.

• Strong judgment and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Experience with electro-hydraulic systems and controls.
• Familiarity with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Syteline is a plus).
