Manager Engineering

Constellation, a leading energy company, is seeking a Manager Engineering to lead our Engineering & Maintenance department. This role is pivotal in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our energy solutions, including power, natural gas, renewable energy, and energy management services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects, optimizing sustainable practices, and leading a team of skilled engineers to achieve the company's strategic goals while upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise engineering and maintenance projects across multiple locations.
• Develop and implement strategies for the maintenance and reliability of utility systems.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
• Work closely with other department heads to align engineering practices with corporate objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, planning, and execution of projects.
