Maintenance Planner

Constellation Energy seeks a Maintenance Planner to support Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management across our Energy, Gas, Oil, and Electric operations. In this role, you will develop and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance plans, coordinate work orders, and ensure efficient use of labor, materials, and contractors using CMMS/EAM tools. You'll collaborate closely with engineering and operations to enhance asset reliability, minimize downtime, and uphold strict safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans for energy generation and distribution assets
• Create, prioritize, and schedule work orders using CMMS/EAM tools
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and optimize asset performance
• Analyze equipment history and reliability data to improve maintenance strategies
• Plan labor, materials, and contractor resources, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate asset, maintenance, and parts records to support audits and continuous improvement
• Support capital and outage planning activities within Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management
